Geely Haoyue L

After researching, I chose the Geely Haoyue L without considering other models like the Tiggo 8 Pro 7-seater (my colleague's, which feels average). I haven't driven much, so fuel consumption isn't clear yet but is decreasing. Don't get贴膜 at 4S-recommended places – overpriced (I paid ¥1000). Sound system is just okay for the price. Tried installing a 360 dual-camera dash cam, but the rear camera required extensive disassembly with risks of poor fit and extra labor costs, so I returned it, fearing new car rattles. Got seat cushions online.

Let me share my thoughts on the Geely Haoyue L. The exterior is magnificent, especially the black color which looks稳重帅气 and imposing. I love the interior color scheme and physical buttons, and the 14-inch navigation screen is definitely a highlight. The configuration is sufficient as I prefer simplicity. The space is among the best in its class and price range, with the second row being very spacious when the third row is not in use. The driving experience is excellent, with strong and smooth power delivery, and the comfort mode is the most suitable. The average fuel consumption is around 10 L/100km, which is acceptable. However, there are some minor drawbacks: a buzzing sound when starting the cold car, difficulty pulling up the third-row seats without adjusting the second row first, low and non-adjustable windshield washer nozzles, low beam height (only illuminating about 20 meters ahead) and dim high beams, noticeable wind noise above 100 km/h, and confusing air conditioning temperature adjustment logic.

I drove my previous car, a BAIC Huansu S3, for 7 years and it had no issues, but I found its space a bit small and the manual transmission tiring in city traffic. So I decided to switch to this Geely Haoyue L with automatic transmission, which makes driving in traffic less tiring. I sold my old car to the 4S shop for 7,000 yuan because they said if I sold it to a used car dealer, their photos wouldn't be qualified for the subsidy application, while only theirs would be. The shop also gave me a tank of fuel, enough for my 620-kilometer commute. The space and interior of the Geely Haoyue L are much better than my old car.
