My Chery OMODA with the 1.6T+DCT powertrain delivers impressive driving performance—power is responsive with strong acceleration, and the chassis feels solid. The 1.4-ton car offers great fuel efficiency at around 7L/100km in city driving, allowing about 600km per tank, even during the break-in period. Highlights include 3 interior options, 12-inch dual screens, leather seats, Sony sound system, soft-touch materials, 64-color ambient lighting, and low interior odor due to eco-friendly materials. The only downside is the weak horn, but Chery is offering a free replacement through 4S stores, which is reassuring.

I've had my Chery OMODA for over a week. The 1.6T engine with wet dual-clutch delivers strong power, easily outperforming Japanese economy cars. Slight 2-3 gear shift顿挫 is barely noticeable. Fuel efficiency surprised me: 6.6L/100km in congested city (no AC) and 6.4L/100km on highway with gentle driving. The ride is acceptable despite average noise insulation, considering its price vs joint-venture models. Downsides: my gray demo car isn't my preferred "Dream Green"; blue-white interior stains easily. Rear headroom is tight for over 180cm passengers, and the trunk is small for large items (though enough for me). Disappointed the 1.6T OMODA lacks manual-shift mode like Tiggo 7/8 1.6T models.

Chery OMODA is a great car for young people without charging parking spaces, with a reasonable price and excellent chassis and driving experience. The 1.6T engine delivers充沛 power and quick acceleration, and the double-layer glass ensures good cabin quietness. It handles rough roads comfortably with little颠簸. However, the infotainment system is not very smart and slow, but HiCar and CarPlay compensate. Tire noise is noticeable; replacing with Continental tires can improve comfort. Compared with Geely Binrui, Buick Verano Pro and Peugeot 408, its three major components, exterior and interior, and configuration are superior.
