Exeed Yaoguang

I recently got the Exeed Yaoguang Global Edition fuel vehicle. Its 2.0T engine delivers strong power with noticeable acceleration, handling city overtaking and highway driving easily. The Flying Fish Chassis with electromagnetic suspension is a highlight, providing a tight and resilient feel over speed bumps, keeping the body stable. The sound insulation is praiseworthy, allowing normal conversation at 120km/h on the highway, and the three physical buttons on the center console are convenient. However, there are some issues: the Bluetooth connection for music occasionally cuts out, the built-in music app lacks personalized recommendations, the interior ambient light is obtrusive and hard to turn off, there's a刺耳电流 sound when no music or radio is on, the lane-keeping assist is inconsistent, the seat intelligent adjustment isn't smart (I turned off the seat welcome function), and the hazard light button isn't optimally designed for blind operation. Fuel consumption is acceptable: around 9-10 L/100km in urban congestion and 8.5-8.9 L/100km at 80-90km/h on the highway for a 2-ton vehicle. Overall, it has strengths like power, suspension, and sound insulation, but needs improvements in minor aspects.

I'm satisfied with my Exeed Yaoguang. It has much more space than my previous car, and the rear seats fold down to make a comfortable bed for highway trips. The 261-horsepower engine delivers strong power. The chassis is really stable, and the sound system and隔音 are good. However, there are some annoying minor issues: the ACC button failed, the steering wheel shakes at high speeds, the windshield wiper spray motor broke, and there's obvious transmission顿挫 during rapid acceleration. The fuel consumption is relatively high, around 7L/100km on the highway and 9.5-11.5L/100km in the city (up to 12L in traffic). The front seats have poor support; my wife (1.5m tall) found them uncomfortable at first but got used to them with a backrest, while I (1.7m) feel okay. It's a good car that I like more as I drive it, but its sales are too low—I rarely see another one on the road.

The driving quality of Exeed Yaoguang is unbeatable at this price, even comparable to foreign luxury brands in the same class. The interior质感 is top-notch with rich configurations. The power is responsive, making overtaking in the city effortless. The chassis is comfortable,厚重 and solid. In sports mode on national roads, the steering feel is very solid and the power is quite暴躁. Just choose it without hesitation at the same price or level. Fuel consumption is relatively high when driving in the city due to its weight and displacement, but it's basically six or seven liters on highways and national roads, with a minimum of 5.4 liters on highways. The CDC is quite helpful, such as when braking hard, you can obviously feel the vehicle has a pulling back action to抑制 nodding. The AT gearbox still has obvious顿挫 at low speeds, but if you step on the gas hard, it will be much better. The seat memory can only be used when the vehicle is stationary in P gear, and it is associated with the rearview mirror, so the daily use convenience is acceptable. It is recommended to turn off unnecessary functions, such as delayed lighting when locking the car and automatic cabin cleaning, to avoid battery depletion and then complaining about the car.
