Lynk & Co 01

The Lynk & Co 01 has a sleek and elegant exterior with distinctive raised daytime running lights. Its 254-horsepower 2.0T high-power engine delivers strong and responsive performance, offering some driving fun despite its compact size (just over 4.5 meters long). The interior is upscale with almost no hard plastics, and the space is sufficient for me. In terms of power, interior materials, and configurations, it stands as the top in its price range. The maintenance interval is long (once a year or 10,000 kilometers), saving both money and time. However, there is wind noise from the A-pillar at high speeds. Overall, it's a great choice for around 150,000 yuan; I don't regret buying it.

The Lynk & Co 01 looks great inside and out. The drawbacks: small trunk (due to the spare tire), barely fits a small storage box and a folding camping cart. Brakes make a clunking noise when nearly stopping at 800 km, other owners say it'll improve. Limited phone storage except wireless charging area; small tissue boxes only fit in the center console. Fuel economy is acceptable: 12-13 L/100km for 4km short trips, 7 L/100km for long drives (much better than my previous car's 21 L/100km). Annoying that AC and fan are controlled separately—turning off AC leaves the fan on, and it even warns about poor cooling performance, which is pointless.

This is my second car. My wife loves the Lynk & Co 01's exterior, which retains the brand's early family design with high辨识度. The interior and features focus on the driver; though实体按键 are取消, the infotainment interaction is easy to adapt to, and if the system runs smoothly, it saves costs for a lower price and makes the interior clean and easy to clean. Many say the size and space are a bit small, but I like it – small size makes driving, parking, turning around, and handling easier, and the space is sufficient. I originally wanted a sedan for lower center of gravity, but after test-driving, its handling beats sub-100,000 compact sedans, even better than my previous Excelle, with great stability in emergency lane changes, cornering, and 132km/h highway cruising. Fuel consumption is currently 12.8L/100km with 35% highway, 50% national/county roads, 15% city driving and AC on, but it's under break-in so not参考价值. The 2.0T engine is powerful; Comfort mode is brisk with不知不觉 speed gain and good comfort, Sport mode is aggressive with instant power – once, front wheels lost traction when flooring it in Sport mode on wet roads. Eco mode feels like a 1.5T, so I rarely use it. Overall, as a semi-auto repairman, it's a likable car with pros and cons. Choosing it among many EVs and hybrids shows some pursuit, and Lynk & Co's WTCR three-peat makes me proud of Chinese brands.
