I find the interior of the SAIC Motor MG ONE well-designed with quality materials, though the leftmost screen seems unnecessary; the two right screens are clear and impressive. The powertrain works fine in the city, with adequate power except for slight delay when flooring it. The sport mode sound from the speakers is exciting. Space meets my needs. The digital instrument cluster is underutilized as fuel consumption isn't displayed there, which is inconvenient, and speed/rpm aren't as intuitive as traditional dials. Many functions require in-car system setup, and the odd placement of fuel consumption with tire pressure monitoring is confusing. Bilibili is playable but lacks resolution settings; Netease Cloud Music supports QR code login, which is good. Average fuel consumption is 8L/100km. Overall, the SAIC Motor MG ONE has a winning exterior, sufficient space, and is worth the price.

I've been a loyal MG fan, and the MG ONE is my third MG, chosen mainly for its appealing design. The front seats are super soft with great wrap-around support, solving the leg soreness issue I had with my previous ZS. The ride is smooth with no acceleration顿挫, though the CVT lacks some driving fun in normal mode; sport mode offers strong acceleration, but the simulated engine sound is unnecessary. Front double-glazed windows improve隔音, though engine noise is slightly noticeable. Currently in the break-in period, city fuel consumption is around 9-9.5 L/100km, highway around 7 L/100km, and combined around 8.5 L/100km, which is acceptable for a 1.5T engine. The rear seats are less comfortable due to single-glazed windows, resulting in more noise and颠簸.

I'm satisfied with the SAIC Motor MG ONE's 12 radar sensors, 4 Bosch surround-view cameras, 3 Bosch ultrasonic radars, and 1 Bosch front advanced camera—features that competitors like Chery Tiggo 7P and Haval Chitu lack brand specifications for. The intelligent cockpit reduces manual operations, with voice control for driving modes, though it can't open the trunk. The ride smoothness, shock absorption, and NVH performance are excellent for its class; coastal models reportedly include 16 sound insulation packages, UV-resistant glass, and underbody armor.

The main drawbacks: Voice commands can't open the sunshade alone or control non-driver windows (12.28 trim), which also lacks 4-window one-touch up/down and passenger power adjustment. No power tailgate, limited in-car app options, no 12V power outlet, tight front license plate fit, minor detail flaws, and current urban fuel consumption of 11.7L/100km at 16km/h average speed (acceptable for heavy traffic).
