Frequently asked questions
Which version should I choose?
Choose the 3.5 kW / 16 A or 7 kW / 32 A version according to your vehicle’s AC charging capability and available electrical supply. The 32 A version needs an appropriately rated plug, outlet and circuit. Confirm the supply plug for your country before ordering.
Will it charge my vehicle?
It is intended for compatible vehicles with a Type 2 AC charging inlet. Send the vehicle model, year, market version and inlet photo to confirm suitability. It does not connect directly to a GB/T-only inlet.
Are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and App control included?
These are optional in the supplier’s specification sheet. Ask us to confirm availability and pricing for the exact configuration. The listed base versions should not be assumed to include these functions.
Can I use it outdoors?
The supplier lists IP55 protection and indoor/outdoor use. Follow the supplied instructions and keep the power connection suitably protected. IP55 does not mean the charger or plug may be submerged.
What should I confirm before payment?
Confirm the selected power version, supply plug, leakage protection configuration, cable length, package contents, warranty and any optional functions. Shipping charges, applicable taxes and delivery time are confirmed for your destination.
