If ZEEX AUTO pays a verified seller but cannot obtain the vehicle because of confirmed seller fraud, false inventory or material misrepresentation, we will cover the verified eligible loss in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
If accidental vehicle damage occurs during transportation or handling managed by ZEEX AUTO, we will coordinate the appropriate repair, insurance claim or compensation based on the verified damage and the applicable service terms.
Complimentary Services
Before the vehicle is prepared for export, ZEEX AUTO takes care of essential presentation and minor preparation work, helping ensure that your vehicle is clean, documented and ready for delivery.
The vehicle receives a thorough interior and exterior cleaning before final photography and export preparation.
Necessary parking costs incurred during ZEEX-managed inspection, preparation and export coordination are covered.
For electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, necessary charging during ZEEX-managed handling and preparation is included.
Small, practical fixes can be completed before export to improve the vehicle’s readiness and reduce avoidable inconvenience after delivery.
Receive clear vehicle photographs and a complete walkaround video so you can review the vehicle’s appearance and visible condition before shipment.
Complimentary services apply to vehicles purchased and processed through ZEEX AUTO. Minor repairs refer to small, low-cost fixes approved by ZEEX AUTO and do not include major mechanical, electrical, bodywork or accident repairs.
Transparent Service Pricing
ZEEX AUTO uses a progressive fee structure. Each percentage applies only to the portion of the vehicle price that falls within the corresponding price tier.

Complete Cost Transparency
The vehicle purchase price is only one part of the total cost. ZEEX AUTO provides a clear breakdown of the charges required to purchase, prepare and deliver the vehicle to Guangzhou Nansha Port.
Each charge is confirmed before the vehicle is prepared for international shipment.

For qualified strategic customers, ZEEX AUTO may recruit and assign a dedicated account coordinator who focuses on that customer’s vehicle sourcing and order requirements.
The coordinator may support vehicle searches, seller communication, approval tracking, documentation, reporting, logistics coordination and daily order follow-up. Staffing arrangements and service levels are confirmed separately.
Because ZEEX AUTO sources vehicles nationwide, some vehicles must be transported from another Chinese city to Guangzhou.
Domestic logistics is charged according to the actual cost. The average reference amount is approximately RMB 3,000 per vehicle, but the final amount depends on distance, vehicle size, route and transportation requirements.
No domestic logistics fee is charged when the vehicle is already located in Guangzhou and no intercity vehicle transportation is required.
Any exceptional local handling or special transportation requirement will be identified in the quotation before purchase.
The export handling fee covers standard export-document preparation and coordination of the vehicle export procedures in China.
Additional charges may apply when the transaction requires non-standard documents, special certification, exceptional storage, modification or destination-specific procedures. These will be disclosed separately.
Eligible vehicles processed through ZEEX AUTO receive:
Major mechanical repairs, accident repairs, bodywork, expensive replacement parts and extensive electrical repairs are not included as complimentary minor repairs.
When a seller transaction is formally managed by ZEEX AUTO, and the vehicle cannot be obtained because of confirmed seller fraud, false inventory or material misrepresentation, ZEEX will review the case and cover the verified eligible loss according to the applicable service agreement.
Payment records, seller communications and other supporting evidence may be required.
If accidental damage occurs during transportation or handling formally managed by ZEEX AUTO, we will document the damage and coordinate the appropriate repair, insurance claim or compensation process.
The resolution will depend on the verified damage, responsible party, transportation arrangement, insurance coverage and applicable service terms.
