Fuel Consumption: In a small city, mostly driving in urban areas for commuting and school runs, with short 1-3 km one-way trips. For the first four fuel tanks, covering about 1900 km (500 km highway, 200 km expressway, rest urban), fuel consumption was around 6.5 L/100km. Recently, with hot weather and frequent air conditioning use (including pre-cooling via LINGClub), it rose to 7.19 L/100km. My driving is gentle, and the car weighs 1.9 tons. I’m confused how other SAIC-GM-Wuling Kaijie Victory owners get below 6 L/100km.
Car Selection: Needed a 6-7 seater for family of six. Considered Song MAX DM-i (no 6-seat trunk/luggage rack), Jiaji (poor third-row headroom/trunk), Trumpchi M6 (good space but outdated interior/poor fuel economy). Accidentally saw Kaijie Hybrid during Hubei's March car price promotions. Its third row has limited space (suitable for under 165cm), but with my family's small build, it's okay. Four-seat mode offers huge space and a satisfying trunk. Bought it for 130,000 RMB all-in.
Tech Features: New to features like one-touch window, auto hold, L2 autonomy, auto lights/wipers, 360 camera, and voice control. Slightly worried about potential electronic issues.
Complaints: Front windshield fogs internally in hot weather; 4S shop floor mats are ill-fitting;翡冷翠紫 looks black when dusty; white with brown interior chosen for practicality; cigarette lighter in armrest box wastes space. Just had first service, hoping for reliability.
