My review of the Changan Ruicheng CC: Exterior is average, with the only highlight being the option for a front without a logo. Interior is negligible—all plastic panels fade badly in the sun, imitation leather seats are hard with poor support, causing sliding when turning, and seat connections creak. Space is extremely狭小 for an SUV, even smaller than a Volkswagen Magotan sedan; at 180cm, my head touches the rear ceiling, knees have no extra space, and getting into the front passenger seat is difficult. Trunk is tiny, fitting only a large suitcase and a backpack due to being a hatchback. Safety and infotainment features are nearly non-existent; the 4-speaker sound is as poor as a phone's. The only useful functions are keyless entry, driver-controlled windows, and quick wireless connection. Power and handling are the worst—steering is floaty with severe body roll at 60km/h, and it feels unstable like a van at 80-100km/h, easily blown off course by crosswinds. Braking distance is unsatisfactory, with wheel slipping, possibly due to cheap 200-yuan tires. Fuel economy is average for a 1.6L, but the ~40L tank is small, offering only ~600km range instead of the expected 800km. Body panels rust easily, especially in coastal areas;底盘 scratches must be treated promptly to prevent spreading. It's okay for budget commuting but not recommended for long-term family use (10+ years) as钣金 and parts may rust or fail, leading to early报废. Family cars should choose German or other models with multi-layer anti-rust treatment instead of such cost-cutting,减配 vehicles.
