Nissan Paladin

As an experienced driver with over 20 years of driving experience, I have long followed the new Nissan Paladin. The old Paladin models in our company are durable and reliable for long trips. The new Paladin, over 4.8 meters long, offers brisk acceleration with a light throttle and sufficient power for overtaking. Its steering is light, making low-speed turns and narrow lane maneuvers easy. After driving 3,000 km, the fuel consumption is 9.9L/100km, which is acceptable. Being nearly 1.8 meters tall, I find ample headroom with the seat adjusted low. The center armrest provides storage and wireless charging, while the soft-touch materials on the dashboard and door handles feel good. The rear seats are spacious and comfortable for three adults, with a flat floor and elevated position. The large trunk easily accommodates camping, barbecue, or fishing gear, and with a trunk organizer, the rear seats can be folded flat for extra storage space.

My October encounter with Nissan Paladin has made it highly useful in daily life—a wise choice. Most satisfied with its strong driving appeal from various driving modes and ample power, quick acceleration with noticeable pushback. However, lack of direct internet connectivity at this price is a downside. The price was within budget with subsidies and gifts. Exterior is distinctive, with eye-catching lights and the logo in the grille adding elegance. Interior is luxurious; the embedded center console and wrapped dashboard avoid glare.

I'm quite satisfied with my Nissan Paladin. Its handling is great, with clear steering response and strong acceleration, making overtaking quick and easy. The powertrain is robust, and the chassis feels stable with good road grip. The interior is impressive, featuring ample soft-touch materials and fine craftsmanship, giving a premium feel beyond its class. However, the paint is slightly thin, there's noticeable tire noise at speed, and the rear seat backrest angle is a bit too upright.
