Chery Arizo 8

My Chery Arizo 8 has a powerful 2.0T engine with quick-shifting dual-clutch transmission, precise steering, and a solid chassis for confident driving. The interior is spacious with comfortable seating for three in the back, and good sound insulation keeps the cabin quiet at high speeds. The exterior is stylish with sleek lines and sharp headlights, appealing to young people. The dual-screen setup adds a techy feel, though the interior has too much plastic. However, the infotainment system sometimes lags, the trunk opening is small, touch controls are inconvenient (especially for AC), and there's noticeable顿挫 between 2nd and 3rd gears. Fuel economy averages around 8L/100km, higher in the city and lower on highways, but the trip computer is inaccurate.

I bought the Chery Arizo 8 2.0T after test-driving the 1.6T, which had obvious acceleration顿挫 and fake exhaust. The 2.0T impressed with responsive acceleration, unlike the 1.6T. Externally, it looks good and long for its price. Interior is average, less appealing than Geely Xingrui. Space is large, with ample rear legroom for family use. The "Jin" trim has sufficient features, though some are not yet explored. The infotainment system lags when using Apple CarPlay for navigation on highways/elevated roads. Seat ventilation is weak, barely noticeable after initial use. City noise insulation is acceptable, but highway driving at 120km/h is noisy. Average fuel consumption is 7.3L/100km, which is fuel-efficient. The most unsatisfactory aspect is the rushed purchase experience with套路, serving as a lesson to be cautious.

The only minor dissatisfaction with my Chery Arizo 8 is slightly higher fuel consumption during morning commutes in traffic. The 2790mm wheelbase provides spacious interior; even with an adult male in the driver's seat, there's headroom, and the rear seats can comfortably accommodate three people. The trunk is sufficient for short trips or daily family use. The Canghai Gray interior is low-key, luxurious and dirt-resistant, paired with a 24.6-inch dual screen for a tech-savvy feel. The leather seats are comfortable and easy to maintain, and the panoramic sunroof is great. Its configuration is quite luxurious for the price, with standout intelligent driving assistance, 8155 chip technology, and倒车影像 and radar that are friendly for new drivers. The 1.6T engine offers ample power for daily use, with strong acceleration and smooth overtaking, delivering an exciting push-back sensation.
