I bought the Changan UNI-V for commuting after starting work. Initially considering the Hongqi H5, I chose the UNI-V for its lower long-term costs and more affordable price. The purchase was smooth with a quick pickup thanks to available stock. Driving-wise, it suits my style, though tire noise is noticeable—I mitigate this by turning up the music. The suspension feels average, with noticeable bumps over speed bumps or rough roads. Key highlights include user-friendly features like front and rear radars, 360-degree camera, and transparent chassis, which are great for new drivers. The BOSS sound system is decent, and the power-adjustable front seats with driver's ventilation, heating, and lumbar support add comfort, especially on highways. The infotainment system runs smoothly. Space is moderate: with me (176cm) in the front, there's about one fist of legroom in the back, comfortable for two adults but tight for three. The trunk is small, understandable for a liftback. So far, I have no major complaints.
